What if the people who calculate the bill are new staff? Is that something we call good billing managment practice? I don't think so. Customer will loose confident over you cyber cafe if your cyber cafe got such problem.
I think every cyber cafe have the same problem with bad customer. What would you do if the customer wont leave the computer even the time is finish? What would you do if customer use you computer without pay first? What your staff would do to such matter?
